私たちはA 社にbulk orderを依頼しましたが、
「工場はTwin Fullは作らない。queen King なら作れる」と返答がきました。
私たちはTwin Full が必要なのです。
おそらくインドの工場に変えたため、つくれないのではないでしょうか。御社はtwin Fullは作ることはできますか？
現在、Ａ社がインドの工場で作っている経緯はわかりますか？御社でも継続して作成していますか？
それかデザインを少し変えれば許可はいりませんか？
教えてください。

We placed a bulk order to Company A, but they replied "Our factory does not produce Twin Full, but we can produce Queen King."
We in fact need Twin Full.
I guess that they cannot produce Twin Full because they changed the factory to the one in India. Can you produce Twin Full?
Do you know the background why Company A produces products in the factory in India? Do you keep producing the item?
Or, if we modify the design a little bit, would be the permission not necessary any more?
Please let me know.

I believe they cannot make it because the production line is changed to the one in India. Are you able to manufacture Twin Full?
Do you know the background why A is manufacturing it in India? Do you continuously manufacture one at your company, too?
