Only bank transfer or PayPal will be accepted for payment of the item and shipping cost.

Regarding the payment of item price ans shipping fee, we only accept the payment by bank wire or by way of PayPal.
When we reply to you, we will note the shipping fee.

In case of bank wire, it may take from seven days to ten days for us to confirm your payment due to the circumstances of the bank. As we can do little about this, please note about this in advance. In case you prefer bank wire, please send money in advance enough.

We will start arranging the shipment right after the order is settled, and we will make back order if the item is out of stock.

Upon receiving request of quotation from customer, we will give an estimation of the expected arrival date. However, the actual arrival date may be later than the the expected arrival date depending on the sales situation or production situation in Japan. Please understand in advance that there are cases where the item do not arrival as scheduled. Please consider sparing some time when you order.
Under no circumstance can we accept cancellation, return of item or changes after order confirmation.
In addition, we cannot issue a refund after order confirmation.

When we receive the request fro quotation from you, we will tell you rough estimate of delivery date. But the actual delivery might be later than the estimation due to the condition of the sales in Japan or the progress status of manufacturing. Please note in advance that we may fail in delivering the item to you in time for the planned delivery date. Please place an order well in advance enough.

After the order is fixed, we do not accept the cancel, returning item and exchanging item by any means.
