私と私の妻が、添付の写真のとおりの酷い状況だったので、長い時間をかけてバッグを掃除し、ほつれを直して
安値で売り始めました。。
返金と写真の取り決めをしたのは、その後です。
もし欠陥すべてを写真にとって、詳細な解説をつけなければ返金しないと言う話なら、あまりにもフェアじゃないと思いませんか?
569.4ドル返金の了承をしていただけないならば、そちらのボスと来週、電話会議させてほしい。

If all the faults were captured in the photo and there wasn't a detailed explanation with it, don't you think it would be unfair if there wasn't a refund?
