As I have no time, about this case of item, you can keep this up. But please promise, from now on, when I bought items from your store, please send me what is in totally nice condition such as "BUNNY HUG" once you sent me before. Several days after, I'm planning to buy another item. Best regards.

As I don't have much time, I am happy to leave things as they are with regard to the latest item that I purchased from you. However, I want you to make me a promise. When I buy things from you in the future, I want them to be in as excellent condition as I found with all the products prior to "BUNNY HUG". I am actually planning to buy something else from you in a few days so I hope you will be able to agree to this.

I don't have time for that so it is fine just like this about this item. But promise me to send wonderful condition item like "BUNNY HUG" you sent me before, if I purchase items from your shop from now on. I will planning to purchase an item again a few days later so please mind it. Thank you.
