6月26日に購入したマシンですがバキューム機能がついたヘッドが動作しなくなりました。
使ってまだ3回目です。使用時間も15分程度なのでマニュアル通りの使い方だと思います。

ヘッドの保証は3カ月と聞いているのでヘッドの交換をお願いします。
故障したヘッドを送る必要があれば送り先住所を教えてください。
こんなに早く動作しなくなるものでしょうか？
動作確認は行いましたか？

Regarding the machine I purchased on June 26th, the head with vacuum function does not work any more.
I just used it only three times. The duration time of the operation is about 15 minutes, which is the regular usage following the manual.

As I heard that the period of the coverage of the head is three months, I would like you to replace the head with a new one.
