外傷がないなら運送会社へは何も言えません。

There was no damage at outside of amplifier.
I do not believe that bulb runs out during transportation and sound at one side is crooked.
If there is no damage at outside, we cannot claim anything to the delivery company.
Would you issue a refund to me?

There was no damage on the package of the amplifier.
I also don't believe the side of the sound gets distorted when the bulb dies out while transporting.
I can't say anything to the carrier if there is no damage on the package.
Could you refund the amount?
