I was informed that investigation can take up to 30 days.
I will let you know as soon as I find out the location of parcel and progress.
Even if it takes time for investigation and there is no update, I will inform you that.
I feel so helpless handling postal trouble.

We will contact immediately depend on progress and location the luggage
