私はこの注文に関して客から発送先を注文時のアメリカではなくインドネシアの住所に変更して欲しいと言われた
住所変更はシステム上私には上出来ないので注文を一旦キャンセルして再度注文して欲しいと伝えたがその後客からの連絡が途絶えたので注文を完了出来ないでいる
私はこの注文をどの様に処理すべきですか?
またUndeliverable shipping addressとしてキャンセルした場合、私のアカウントに悪影響はありますか?
何度か連絡しましたが返信が無かった為この注文をキャンセルしました

Customer told me they would like to change the shipping address from an American one, which they used at the time of order, to an Indonesian one.
Since the system does not allow me to change the address I told them to cancel the order and place it again, but I haven't heard from the customer since, and the order is still in process.
What should I do about it?
Will canceling it due to "Undeliverable shipping address" have a negative effect on my account?
I've tried to contact you several times, but haven't received a reply, so I've canceled the order.

I was informed by the customer to change the shipping address from the initial address in USA to the address in Indonesia.
I told the customer it was not possible because it was against the system. Therefore advised them to cancel and reorder again. After that, I have no reply from the customer and the order is currently incomplete.
How shall I deal with this order?
If I cancel the order as "Undeliverable shipping address", would there be any negative consequences to my account?
