There has been a mistake between Japan Post and USPS, and it was returned to Japan.
Tracking number stays same, EL020656970JP.

There was a contact from a Japan postal service representative. Tomorrow they will resend the package from Tokyo to America.
It seems there was an error between Japan postal service and USPS, so the package returned all the way back to Japan.
Tracking number remains unchanged: EL020656970JP.
