Homeless is a worldwide issue and governments are working on various activities to reduce it. I strongly believe that the most important thing is not the process from rescuing from current situation, but to provide help them move out of current situation. Not mediating the wounded people, but preventing, that means independence. Independence takes different forms for different people. What's common is that independence means making living on their own, "realizing" it and having "pride", that's what I think. When I was in Japan. I remember a magazine called big issue which were sold by homeless people was introduced in media.

There is the issue of the homeless everywhere in the world, and central governments do a lot of things to tackle on the issue and decrease the number of the homeless. I am absolutely sure that the most important thing is not the process to get out from their current conditions, but helping them to do that. It means that we should not cure the wounded people but prevent them from wounding, that is self-dependent. The style of self-dependent varies among individuals, but I think all the people need "consciousness" and "pride" that they live by themselves. I remember the media featured the bigissue that the homeless sell when I was in Japan.

The issue of homeless exists in very country and there are various efforts made by its government to reduce the issue. The most important thing is to help these homeless people exit the current situation and not about finding the process to rescue them from their current situation. Helping them become independent is not about giving medical treatment to an injured, but to prevent any injuries. The form of being independent differs between each individual, and will have many types equivalent to the number of people. One thing that can be said in common, I think, is that being independent is about “self-awareness” and “pride” in one’s strength to make a living. I remember when I was in Japan, that a magazine called the Bigissue was pick up by the media.
