Thank you for sharing the valuable information. I now understand where we stand regarding the sales of our products in the last year and a half. The fact that the sales promotion has been successful and there has been a 25% increase in sales during the said duration is really good news. However, since the contract we signed with you is based on 100 boxes; therefore, we'd like you to focus on 100 boxes, not 70 boxes, even though there may be some inextricable reason for that logic.

Thank you for the valuable documents. I really understood about the selling situation of our product for the past one and a half years. It's good news for us that the promotion works fine and the sales is increasing about 25% during the period. There are various reasons but our contract is 100 boxes, so please get at 100 boxes, not 70 boxes..

契約に関してですが、現在の年間契約数量の締結が間違いだと言うのであれば、私達としても、現在の契約終了時には、フィリピンの独占販売権の付与に関して修正しなければならない可能性が非常に高いです。近年の販売実績が、60 boxesであることや、契約数量が守られていない事実を考慮すると、我々としても、フィリピン市場に対し、大胆なてこ入れが必要であると思います。8月頃の注文を楽しみに待っています。

In regards to the contract, if you're saying that the current annual contract quantity is wrong, it is very likely that we will have to reconsider the exclusive sales rights in the Philippines when the current contract expires. Considering the fact that recent sales performance is 60 boxes and that the contracted quantity has not been met, I'm afraid that a bold intervention is in due. I'm looking forward to your order for August.

Regarding the contract, if you say the current execution of the yearly contract quantity is a mistake, it's more likely to modify about the grant of the exclusive distributorship in Philippines when the contract finish. When we think about the recent sales performance is 60 boxes and the fact that you don't keep the contract quantity, we think we need daring prop-up for Philippines market. As for the agreement, if you say that it was an error to have concluded the current agreement with the agreed amount per year, we should have to amend the grant of exclusive distributorship in Philippines when the current agreement expires with high probability. Taking into account the fact that recent sales performance was only 60 boxes and that the target sales amount has not been fulfilled, we think that a drastic leverage is necessary in Philippines market. I look forward to the potential order which will be placed around August.
