当店にはUSEDでの入荷でしたが、どうも入荷前に一度壊れた物をごまかすような形で修正してあったようで今回の調整時に壊れてしまっていた
お客様には大変申し訳ございませんが、今回このギターを販売する事が出来なくなってしまったのでお詫び申し上げます。ご迷惑お掛けしてしまい大変申し訳ございませんが上記内容ご理解いただけますと助かります

It take a while for me to reply because when I final check the order made before it has been despatched, I had a problem during adjusting the neck, the truss rod has been broken.
Our store get the stock from USED, it seems to be they will try to fix the item once be broken and during the adjustment this time, they accidentally break the product.
We are truly sorry, we are unable to sell this guitar this time. Sorry for the inconvenience made, we appreciate your understanding about the situation.

We apologize for our delay in response. Before sending your purchased product (◯◯), we have performed a final check, and found out that the truss rod broke due to a trouble while adjusting the neck.
The product came in to our store as USED, but it seems that the truss rod was already broken before it came in, and had been faked to look like it had no problems. Therefore the truss rod has broke whilst our adjustment.
We are truly sorry for this inconvenience, but this guitar can no longer be sold. We hope for your kind understanding and cooperation.

There is a reason that it took time to reply, in fact when we checked ◯◯ which you ordered before send it, traslod was broken while we adjusted neck. there was a trouble.
It was arrived to our shop as a second-handed product but before arriving, it was broken once and amended to hide it and when we adjusted it, we broke it.
We are very sorry to say but we cannot sell this guitar to you this time. We apologies. We are sorry for your inconvenience but we hope you understand it. Thank you.
