今月はじめ頃に注文したバスマットがまだ日本に届きません。
以下は注文した日と届いていない商品のリストです。
以下の商品は1/27に日本に到着しました。
ラージサイズのカラー：アイボリーはバックオーダーと聞いていますが、他のサイズ・カラーもバックオーダーなのですか？
既に送ってくれているのなら、1/6と1/9と1/13に注文した商品のトラッキングナンバーを教えてくれますか？
いつも受け取ってもらってるニュージャージーの運送会社とも連絡をとってみます。

I would like to confirm a few points on the shipment.
The bath mat which we ordered in early this month has not yet been arrived in Japan.
I listed the items which have not been arrived and the date of order placement as follows:
The below mentioned items were arrived in Japan on 27th January.
Regarding the color for large size, I have a question. I heard that the stock of Ivory was currently not available. Is it the same for other size and colors?
If you have already shipped the items, please let us know the tracking number for the items which were ordered on 6th, 9th and 13th of January?
We will also ask the forwarder in New Jersey whom we have business connections.
The bath mat which we ordered in early this month has not yet been arrived in Japan.

in Japan yet.
