新年の休暇の為連絡が遅くなりましたが、受け取ったスプレーガンにまたいくつか問題がありました。
添付の画像を参照してください。
画像1の部品とブラックレンチが全てのスプレーガンに付属していなかった。
画像2のスプレーガンは、エアキャップから部品が完全に外れ袋の中に転がっていた。
画像3のスプレーガンと画像4は、エアキャップから部品が少し飛び出していた。
いずれのエアキャップも、部品がはまっている部分が緩くはめてもすぐに取れてしまう。
前回も言いましたが、出荷前にきちんと検品をしていますか？

Apologies for the belated contact due to the holiday season. I wanted to bring this to your attention that the spray guns I received was found with a few issues again. Please refer to the attached.
The part in Image 1 and a black wrench were not attached to the entire spray guns.
The spray gun in Image 2 was completely displaced from the air cap and found in the removed bag.
The spray guns in Image 3 and Image 4 had a part hanging out of the air cap.
Either air caps hve loose fit with the part and they come off easily.
As I mentioned before, do you duly inspect prior to shipping?

We are late in contacting you due to the new year holidays.
We found several problems at the spray gun we receied again.
The parts in the picture 1 and the black wrench were not attached at all the spray guns.
The parts of the spray gun in the picture 2 was removed from the air cap by 100 percent and
it was in the bag.
The parts of the spray gun in the picture 3 and the picture 4 was removed from the air cap a little.
At all the air caps, the parts was not screwed strictly and it is removed easily after we screw it.
We also told it the last time. Do you inspect the items strictly before you send them?

Responce became late due to new year holidays, the splay gun had some problems again.

IMG1: There are no part and black spanner with all of splay guns.
IMG2: In one of the box of splay gun, the part came off from aircap and dropped.
IMG3 and IMG4: The splay gun of IMG3 and IMG4, parts came out from aircap. Both seem to be fixed loosely. Could you make sure that our items have been inspected? I will be grad if you could answer.
