We only sell new watches from Japan. There is absolutely no possibility for used watches to get in while we ship our products to FBA center. We also package the product using two boxes and the boxes are taped as well.
Furthermore, all products are sold via FBA center and we never ship from Japan.
Could you please designate the product returned from this customer as "Unfulfillable Inventory" and make sure it is never used for resale?

We sell only the new watches made in Japan. No used watches are included when we deliver the items to FBA Center by 100 percent. When we deliver them, we pack them by double boxes, and tape them.
We sell all the items via FBA Center, and never send from Japan.
