1.配送設定については、フライトスケジュールや通関手続きで配送が遅れることが時々あり、顧客からのクレームを受け易い速達便を停止して、一般配送のみの設定にする。
2.商品を迅速に顧客へ届けるための手段として、FBAの利用を推進する。
3.重量が大きい商品についても一般配送で航空便を利用できる送料設定にする。
私の販売権の回復について、ご検討を宜しくお願いいたします。
