黒の傷ついた写真を確認しました。発送時の検品ではキズはどこにもありませんでした。
運送中にキズが入ったと思われます。
私は商品には全て保険をかけています。
大変お手数ですが担当の郵便局へ「到着時に商品にダダメージがあった」と
ダメージのレポートお願いいたします。私はすぐに日本郵便へ保険申請の手続きをします。

I checked a picture with the black damage. I had not found any damage when I checked it before sending it.
It must have occurred during the transportation.
I insure for all the items.
I hate to say, but could you report the post office that "there was a damage at the item when you received it?"
I will arrange for application of insurance to Japan Post immediately.

I’ve checked the photo for the black scratch. At the inspection before delivery, there was no scratch. It seems the scratch was generated during delivery.
I have insurance for all products.
Could you please report to your nearest post office that the product had damage when it’s arrived? Then I will claim for insurance to Japan Post.
