paypalから下記のメールが届きました。
「お客さまが、クレジットカード発行会社にチャージバックを申請しました。お客さまはこの買い物を承認しなかったと主張しています。」
購入していただいたのは3ヶ月以上も前のことで、このお取引は完了していると思っておりましたので、私どもとしては非常に困惑しています。
もしよろしければ、チャージバック申請の詳細を教えていただけないでしょうか?

"The customer applied for charge back to the issued credit company. The customer insists that this shopping was not approved."
You bought more than 3 months ago and we thought this transaction had been completed, so we are very confused.
