I appreciate for your kind acceptance of my request to return the item though it was happened due to my mistake.
I had been declared your PO box address as the return shipping address, but I have been told from my forwarding company that the return address should be your domestic address since DHL or FedEx will be used for the shipping method.
I am sorry for disturbing you repeatedly, but I appreciate if you can tell me your domestic address.
I will get back to you with the tracking number upon shipping the item.
After receiving the return, I will be grateful if you could issue a refund deducting the re-shipping charge and your service charge for the return.
