緑の縦線が引かれている記事とそうではない記事があるんですが、この緑の縦線の意味は何ですか？
あと管理者がユーザーやサイト自体をbanできる機能があると良いですね(SPAMに利用されそうなので)

I noticed some articles with/without a vertical line. What's the vertical line mean?
Also, it'd be nice to have a function for administrators and users to set restriction on their site (for avoiding SPAM abuse).

As I found some articles with green vertical line and without, I am wondering what it means. Please let me know.
Additionally, I thought it would be good that an administrator can ban some users or sites as there is the risk that it is misused by SPAM.

Also, I think it would be good if there were a function for the manager to ban users and sites themselves (because it seems the sites would be used for creating spams).
