●Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate について
Targetが2.5%ですがCancel が●件になり●% に達してしまいました。
原因はinventory fileを利用して価格更新時にミスがありました。
コピーしてペーストする際に一行ずれで貼り付けて価格更新したために
誤った価格を設定してしまいました。

This is due to a human error when the price was revised by incorporating the inventory file.
The wrong price was set at the time of the price update by skipping one line to copy/paste the cells.

In regard to Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate, in spite of our 2.5% target, the cancellation has reached to ● cases and ● %.
The root cause was the mistake took place in the price updating procedure using inventory file.
We have wrongly copied wrong line and pasted it to update the price, resulting in wrong price setting.

●Regarding to Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate
Our target was 2.5%. However, because the number of cancel has reached ●, it ended up to ● %.
It is because we made a mistake when we renewed the price with inventory file.
We mistakenly copied and pasted the renewal price on the wrong cell, which resulted in showing the wrong price on the list.

その為に事前にバイヤーへ連絡して注文のキャンセル手続きの対応と
なってしまいました。
今までは1人の担当が価格更新をしていましたが、担当を3人に増やして、価格更新をアップロードする前に全員でチャックしてからアップロードして、再発防止につとめます。

Due to the consequence, we had to contact to the buyer ahead of time and cancel the order. The price update was taken care of by one staff in the past, but now we have 3 staffs for this role lest it should not happen again by triple checking the process.

With this reason, we needed to contact to a buyer to ask for the cancellation of order before we proceed.
Up to now, the procedure had been done by one person only, but from now on, we increase to three person in charge of updating price in which they all check the price before uploading.
We will surely pay attention on this matter not to repeat in the future.

So I contacted with the buyer in advance and established the cancellation procedure.
A person who is in charge of it have updated price until now, but I will increase the number of staff and all the staff will check price updating before uploading not to repeat the same trouble.
