Is the mouthpiece which was sent later the other day displayed at shops? Or stored for long time? Please tell me including how long it was stored. Though it is only a little but have some spots. I am sorry to trouble you for such minor things but some people complain…. I will explain to them putting myself in your place.

I found a slight stain on it. You might think I am too nervous, but we have many customers who nitpick about anything. I have to explain everything to them for Mr. (Ms.) xxx.
