聞いたところによると、土地半分の約80平方メートルに建つ一棟のお値段は3980万円！（アメリカドルで390,196ドル）場所は東京23区の東側江戸川の近く 売れるのか？

They built a camping tent beside the property. Must be the waiting position for the sales persons. Now they won't get wet when it rains.
It's still hot every day with temperatures as high as almost 30 degrees C. The three-day old puddles have been drying up. Instead, the ground is going mossy green.
It's Sunday today. The sales persons have been preparing for their sale since morning.
Somebody told me that the house built on the 80 sq.m., nearly half of the property, is sold for 39,800,000 yen! (US$390,196) Located near Edogawa in the western 23-wards. I wonder if it sells?

As usual, with a heat of almost 30 degrees, even the water puddle from 3 days ago are gradually disappearing. In its place, mosses are growing rapidly.

From what I heard, one lot on the 80 square meter piece of land, one half of the total land, costs 39.8 million yen! ($390,196 in American Dollars) The place is near the east bank of the Edo river in Tokyo 23 Ku. Is that even sellable?
