早速インボイスを確認したところ１０％offが適用されていませんでした。
注文の際に当方に不手際がありましたでしょうか。

I immediately confirmed the invoice to find that the 10% discount was not applied.
Did I miss something I needed to do when I placed the order?

The goods ordered the other day have arrived.
Upon checking the invoice, I noticed that the 10% reduction had not been applied.
Was this due to inexpert handling of this order on our part?
I have attached a copy of the invoice, and would be happy if you could check it over.
