翌月の発注分は、当月の10日の、営業時間終了までに発注を完了して下さい。
(たとえば、2月の発注分については、1月10日までに発注を完了してください。)
毎月11~15日の間は、発注処理の期間中のため、Order Entry Pageで入力ができなくなります。
11日までに注文が確定されていない場合、前の月に入力されていた予定の発注数で、自動的に発注の確定を行います。
毎月必ず、変更がないかを確認して下さい。
(For example, please complete the order placement of February by January 10.
The order placement cannot be entered on Order Entry Page from 11 to 15 every month because we are processing the order.
If the order has not been confirmed by 11, the order is automatically confirmed based on the amount of order of the previous month.
Please check the order if there is any change every month.
(Example: For the orders of February, please complete it by the 10th of Janauary.)
For the period between 10th day and 15th day of a month, the order cannot be entered from the Order Entry Page because of the order processing period.
If the order is not fixed by the 11th day of a month, the order is automatically fixed by using the expected number of orders of the previous month.
Please confirm the change of the number of orders every month.
一度発注を完了すると、発注した内容の修正を行なうことができません。
どうしても発注した内容を変更したい場合は、管理者に連絡してください。
(毎月15日までなら、入力完了した注文を修正できるように、設定することができます。)
発注するitem数がゼロの場合は、「No Order」チェックボックスをOnにしてください。
(数が未入力で、「No Order」チェックボックスがOffの場合は、入力エラーとなります。)
If you wish to make correction by all means, please contact the manager.
(You can set to correct the completed order before every 15th)
In the case in which the number of item is zero, then please set it "On" for "No Order" checkbox.
(If "No Order" checkbox is kept "Off", then input error occurs)
In case you must change it, please contact the administrator.
(You can set the page as to correct the order placement by 15 every month.)
If the amount of the order item is zero, please check "On" of "No Order".
(If the number is not entered and "No Order" is Off, it will be an entering error.)
When the revising the completed orders are really required, please contact with the administrator.
(The setting can be changed for revising the completed orders if the revision is on or before the 15th of a month.)
When the ordering quantity is none, please make the check box of “No Order” to the On.
(If the quantity is not entered and “No Order” check box is not On, it becomes the input error.)
発注内容の入力画面には「Save Your Order」 ボタンと「Check Your Order」ボタンがあります。
「Save Your Order」 ボタンを押しても発注はされません。入力した内容を一時的に保存するだけのボタンですので、ご注意下さい。
発注の期間・入力数などの細かいルールについては、Order Entry Pageにある「Read The Rules」を参照してください。
Even if you push "Save Your Order" button, the order will not be sent. Please be aware that the button is for temporarily saving inputed content.

Even you push the "Save Your Order" button, the order is not made. Please note it's a button to save the ordering information temporary.

Ordering process will not be finished when you push "Save Your Order" button. The button only store your input temporarily , so please be careful.
