東京ディスプレイ協同組合(東デ協)人材開発委員会は9月12日、“女性リーダー行動革新研修”と題して9月度の「ディスプレイ塾」を開催した。
今回の研修は、積極的な女性登用が企業の活性化に欠かせなくなっている状況のなかで、行政・企業の環境整備、家庭との両立、リーダーシップのとり方など、女性が活躍する環境づくりを目的に企画された。
講師は、CS対応教育の専門家で、数多くの企業研修を手がける(株)マネジメントサポート代表取締役の古谷治子氏が務め、東デ協の会員約40人が出席した。

September 12th, the Human Resource Development Committee of the Tokyo Display Cooperation Union (TudeKyo) held the September monthly ”Displey Clam School” titled "The Training for Behavior Renovation of Women Leaders".
This training was planned for the purpose of founding of environment for women's good performance, including environmental arrangement of governments and companies, balancing their business with their households, and learning to exert leadership.
Speaker was Naoko Furuya, who is an expert in CS correspondence education and CEO of the Management Support Inc. that has been involved in enormous companies' training. And about 40 members of the Todekyo attended to it.

The Tokyo display Association (Tou De Kyou) Human Resources Development Committee held a "Women Leaders Behavior Innovation Training" at the September "Display Cram School" on Sept 12th.
