17日中にSFに移動し、18日朝からロサンゼルス経由でアトランタに向かう予定です。
アトランタに到着した後(到着時間は13:35)は、レンタカー(hertzで手配済みです)に乗って、
予約して頂いたホテルまで自分で移動しようと考えています。
19日からの研修についてですが、当日は直接御社に伺えばよろしいでしょうか？
必要な準備等についてご指示を頂ければ幸いです。

I plan on transferring to SF on the 17th and going to Atlanta through Los Angeles from the morning of the 18th.
After I arrive in Atlanta (my arrival time is 1:35PM) I will go to Rent-a-Car (I've made a reservation at Hertz) and then take myself to the hotel where the reservation was made.
In regards to the training from the 19th, would it be alright if I visit your company directly on that day?
I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me what I need to prepare.

I will be moving to SF within 17th, and will be heading for Atlanta via LA in the morning of 18th. From Atlanta (arriving at 13:35), I will be driving a rent-a-car (reserved with hertz) myself to the hotel you booked for me.
As for the workshop on 19th, should I visit your company directly? I would be glad if you could give me any advice for preparations necessary for the workshop.
