前回注文分のアイテムが到着しました。
残念なことに、MAG202の収納ケースが破けていました。
税関検査などの開封時にカッターで切られてしまったようです。
画像を添付しました。
Fedexには報告済みです。
新しいケースを今回の注文分に同梱して下さい。
初期不良で返品されたWF01が当社に届きました。
recalibrateを試みましたが、動作の不具合が改善されません。
状況が確認できる動画をyoutubeにアップしました。
早急な交換が必要です。

We received the items of our last order.
It is very regrettable, however, that the case of MAG202 was torn. I assume that it was torn by the customs when they opened it with a cutter. I attach a picture.
I have reported this problem to FEDX. Please include a case for replacement with the latest order of this time.
We have received WF01, which was returned for initial defect. We tried recalibration but found no correction.
I have uploaded a video to youtube for you to see how bad it is.
This item needs to be replaced immediately.
Please include another WF01 in the latest order of this time.

It might be damaged when opening with a cutter during customs inspection.
