設置の仕方で相談があるのですが、お願いできますか？

以下のScriptにAAAのScriptを適用したいと考えています。

htaccess以外はアップロードしているのですが、htaccessを差し替えると
デザインが崩れてしまいます。
何か解決策のアドバイスを頂けると助かります。
ただし、原因がわからなくて解決できなくても問題ありません。
