第1条 (秘密保持の対象)
1.本契約における秘密保持の対象は、第4条の有効期間中に、甲からの依頼に係る翻訳・校閲業務 (以下、「本業務」という。) を乙が遂行するにあたり、乙が知り得た次の情報及び資料 (以下、「秘密情報」という。) とする。
1)甲が、乙が本業務を適切及び円滑に遂行するために、乙に対し、口頭又は書面で提供する一切の情報及び資料
2)乙が本業務を遂行する過程において、視覚、聴覚等の手段を問わず知り得た甲の一切の情報

Article 1 (The subject matter confidential)
1. The subject matter of this non-disclosure agreement shall be the following informations and materials(hereinafter called "confidential information") that Second Party has learned in the course of translation and correction services (hereinafter called "the Service" )requested by First Party during the valid term specified in Article 4.
1) All the information and material which First Party provides Second Party vocally or written to perform the service adequately and smoothly.
2)All the information which Second Party has learned regardless of the way of acquisition, whether visually or by hearing, in the course of performint services.

Article 1 (Object of Confidentiality)

The object of the confidentiality in this contract is any information defined in the following respective items (hereinafter “the secret”) which the second party learned in the course of the translation and revision works (hereinafter “the work”) which the first party requested to the second party during the term of validity in Article 4.
