船は、予定どおり3月13日に、出港しました。B/Lは、まだ手許に届いていません。届き次第、発送します。
カップの高さがソーサを含めて7センチなら、そう書けばいいではないですか？ただ7センチでは、ソーサを含めると思いません。50ドルしか払い戻さないなら、クレーム手続きをして返品します。

The ship left on March 13 th as scheduled. B/L has not arrived here yet. We will send it once it arrives.
If the height of the cup is is 7cm including the saucer, why don't you just write the information ? I don't think 7cm includes the saucer. If you give me only a $50 refund, I will go through a complaint process and return the product.

You should have explained that the size of cup was actually including the size of saucer. But I don't think 7 inches in total length did include the size of saucer. If you are planning to make only 50 dollars refund, I want to return the goods
