In the description the merchandise was shipped from HongKong, you insisted it was shipped from Netherland. The item did not get delivered even past the expected delivery date and you do not agree to repay with various excuses every time I ask for your explanation. If you really have shipped the item, you should have some kind of evidence such as a postal tag.
