もう少し詳しく言うなら着丈78cm、裄丈（注意：袖丈ではありません）65cm、身幅62cm、胸囲72-94cmとなっております。
もし可能なら、お持ちのサイズの丁度良いジャケットと比較してどれくらい差があるのかを見ていただくと着用可能かどうかが分かるのではないかと思います。

As this jacket is manufactured by Asian size, size close to US size might produce misunderstanding.

To explain it in more detail, height is 78 centimeters, the measurement from the center of the back of the neck to end the sleeves (not size of sleeve) is 65 centimeters, width is 62 centimeters and breast is 72 to 94 centimeters.
If possible, you should compare it with size of the jacket you wear and see the difference.
Then you can see if you can wear it or not.
