1）アクションプランについて
今回の研修の狙いは、研修での学びを職場の実践に繋げることです。

1日目の研修終了後もアクションプランを設け、
職場の課題に対して、一人ひとりの行動をコミットさせたいと思います。

特にマネジャーに対しては、次の研修までの宿題とさせたいです。

2日目の研修冒頭にアクションプランの実践状況を振り返り、
2日目の研修に繋げたいと考えています。

2）補足情報
1日目の研修冒頭に、社長が今回の研修の狙いを社員に語る時間を10分間設けたいと思います。

1）About the list of our action
At this time, the purpose of our training is to prompt us to perform tasks using the method we learn at our usual work.

At the end of the first day, Each of us are going to make an each plan and a list of actions for our usual task's problem.

Especially, We are going to give the managers homeworks whose deadline is limited until the next training day.

At the beginning of the second day, we are reviewing the state of progress of our list.
It must be helpful for the second day of our training.

2）supplementation
At the beginning of the first day, we're going to keep about ten minutes for a speech by the president.
He's telling us all stuffs what the purpose of this training is.
