送っていただいた申請書へ記入をしたので、お送りします。原本は後日郵送します。
私たちは公的機関の博物館ですので、商業目的で図録の販売はしていません。
図録は300円で販売しますが、原価は280円程度で人件費を含めれば利益が出ることはありません。
もし、必要でしたら図録の見積書をお送りいたします。

ところで、もし利用の許可がいただけた場合、画像データはどのような方法でいただけるのでしょうか。

We are sending the application we filled in. We will send the original copy by post later.
We are public museum so we do not sell picture record for commercial purpose.
We sell picture record at 300 JPY, but the cost is about 280 JPY and with labor cost added to it, we never make profit. If necessary, we will send quotation of picture record.

By the way, if we are granted permission for use, in what form will you provide image data?
