私は現在アフリカに行っている資金者にペナルティ請求をしたところ、関係者の間で大きく揉めてしまいました。
「何故、資金を準備しているのにあなたからペナルティと言われなければいけないのか」と怒られました。
これでは現地でのリリースが完了してもこの資金者が75Kの送金をしてくれるかわかりません。

私はペナルティの仕組みを聞いて理解したし、異論はありません。
しかし、今回のケースは違います。

As I asked for a penalty against a fund provider in Africa now, there was a huge dispute among
those concerned.
I was reprimanded with this remark:"Why would I have to have a penalty from you while I am
preparing for the fund?"
This makes me wonder if this fund raiser will remit me 75K if the release has been completed.
