お手数おかけして大変申し訳ありませんがご協力願えませんか？最寄りの郵便局で先ほどのtracking numberを伝え「日本郵便のサイトで追跡するとfinal deliveryとなってますが品物を受け取っていません、調べて欲しい」とお伝えください。国外から調査するとかなりお時間を要してしまいますので。お手数をおかけしますがよろしくお願いいたします。

I'm terribly sorry for causing you problem but could you go to the post office close by? Then tell the person at the window your tracking number and you have checked the tracking service on Japan postal service and which said already the shippment was final delivery.
It takes time to exam from abroad so please allow me to ask you to do that.
