発送方法がemsなら、日本からフランスまで2日から4日で届きます。なので、これから手配しても9月15日前に届くと思います。emsにするには15ドル必要です。

If the shipping is EMS it will take approx 2-4 days from Japan to France to arrive. So if I do it now it would arrive around the 15th of September I think. It will be $15 for the EMS.
