明日、小切手の期限を変更して頂くように依頼します。しかし、彼の契約している銀行は、期限が過ぎても小切手は使用できると言っています。来週からお休みになるので、近日中に倉庫にある商品を引き取りしたいので、倉庫の担当者と連絡先を教えて頂けませんか。この商品を入荷しないと、次回入荷分の商品をお支払いすることができないので、申し訳ないのですが、急いで倉庫にある商品を出荷する手続きをお願い致します。

Since I will be on leave from next week, I would like to take over those merchandises in the warehouse within the next few days.
