Thanks, but it looks like all you did was reword the message to your own liking. If you can, I would like you to specify the mistake that were actually made.

your subject is not consistent (I, our). There are questions in the original text that became statements in the translation. The final sentence indicates that the sender wants to know what is the role of the post office and not "how responsible' they are. =)

The initial "our" means the sender is representing that particular shop, which is completely normal in business situations.

As far as I can see, only two actual questions were asked in the text, and they were properly reflected in the translation.

Your correction in the last sentence is simply a solution in search of a problem and a distinction without a difference. I promise you there is simply no meaningful difference between your translation and mine, even if you attempt to explain whatever differences can be found between "how responsible" and "the responsibility."
