バイヤーが保障された明確な理由はおしえてください。

追跡番号を私は御社へ伝えました。
追跡番号からわかるように2014年１月2日に商品はバイヤーへ届けれられています。
それなのになぜバイヤーが保障されるのですか？

バイヤーへ返金されるのであれば私の商品を返品してください。
このようなことが発生することは理解に苦しむ。私の国ではありえません。

私が納得のいく明確な理由をおしえてください。
そして商品を返品してください。
