I have a question.
If we have a wholesale contract agreement with your store, how much cheaper can we buy from the prices being shown on your store in term of average percentage?

We are a Japanese buyer but we do not have documentation for government issuing company (A copy of a country resale certification document or a business permit document )

What type of documents should I submit?

And is it possible to change the shipping address from Japan to US after finalizing the contract?
