セラーと何度かやり取りしましたが、製品の品質に関して認識の違いがあります。
直接のやり取りでは解決できなさそうなのでクレームにエスカレートしました。

製品は折りたたみ可能なものです。
折りたたむ際に幾つか可動部分がありますが、その可動部分がすぐに壊れてしまいます。セラーの主張では、その部分は可動させるべきではないとのことですが、製品を使用するにあたって当然可動させるべき部分です。
