バックグラウンドで使用する場合、睡眠サイクルの計測をスタートさせた後、スリープボタンを押しお使いの端末をスリープ状態にするか、ホームボタンを押してアプリを閉じてから端末をシーツ下にセットして下さい。バックグラウンドでの使用の場合、端末の向きは上下どちらでも構いません。

フォアグラウンドで使用する場合、睡眠サイクルの計測をスタートさせた後、アプリを閉じずに、起動した状態で端末をシーツ下にセットして下さい。フォアグラウンドでの使用の場合、誤操作を避けるため端末は下向きにして下さい。

For using the background, activate the sleep cycle measurement, and then, press “Sleep” button to make the terminal in the sleep mode.
Or, press “Home” button to close the applications, and then, place the terminal un the shoots. While using the background mode, the terminal can be either way, upside or upside down.

For using the foreground, activate the sleep cycle measurement, and then, place the terminal under the sheet without closing the application. While using the foreground mode, make the terminal upside to avoid miss-operation.
