備考: 、住所間違いで商品が返送されてしまい、再送料を払えといわれた。住所間違いは、こちらの責任ではないと返信したところ、この返事が返ってきたので。

I fully understand your frustration regarding this matter. If you see the below email sent shortly after placing your order, you will note that the address given us, corresponds to the address we now have on record. So I fail to see how the incorrect address is our fault.
However we will take responsibility for not sending it with TNT as per your initial request. I will admit that, had we gone with TNT from the start, all of this might have been avoided.
As I mentioned in an earlier email, it is not our policy to ship replacement orders until the initial order is returned. But I am happy to resend, via TNT, what we have had returned to us so far.

本件についてご不満であることは完全に理解しております。
ご注文をお受けした直後に送られた下記メールを見ていただければ、私どもに示された住所と、現在私どもの記録にある住所とが一致することがおわかりになると思います。ですから、どうして住所間違いが私どもの責任なのか理解できません。
しかし、最初に指示されたようにTNTでお送りしなかった点については私どもに責任があります。最初からTNTでお送りしていればこれらの問題も避けることができたかもしれません。
以前のメールでお知らせしたように、最初にお送りした品がこちらに戻ってくるまでは商品を再送することができません。ですが、現在こちらに戻ってきている分についてはTNTでお送りできます。
これが問題の解決にいくらかでも寄与することを心から願っています。
