○月○日に　ＥＢＡＹで○○を購入したものです。
この商品のバッテリーが、開封時にすでに破損しておりました。
初期不良だと思うのですが、一部返金または、換えのバッテリーを送っていただけないでしょうか？
ＰＡＹＰＡＬ決済時の画像と破損していたバッテリーの写真を添付いたしますので、ご確認、ご対応のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

Only one item was damaged.

I am who bought ○○ on eBay on ○, ○.
When I opened the package, the battery of this item was already damaged.
I suppose that this is the initial defect. Can you please give me a partial refund, or send me a replacement battery?
I attach herewith the photo of the item at the time when the payment was done paid via Paypal, along with the photo of the damaged battery.
