amazon.comの販売ルールに、商品が売れた場合30日以内に発送しなければならないというルールがあるそうです。
それを超えると自動的に取引終了となり、お客様との取引が勝手にキャンセルされるシステムだそうです。

その場合、一切お客様に請求は発生しません。

私も知らずに、予約受付をしてしまったのですが、この商品は日本でもまだ発売されておらず発売日４／３０以降で無いとお届けできない為、４／２０から当店では予約受付を再開する予定です。

せっかく楽しみにして頂いてるのに申し訳ありません。

Without this knowledge, I accepted your order, but this product is not yet on sale in Japan. I can only ship it after April 30 when it becomes available on the market. I will start taking orders on April 20.
