関西で横浜MICEの説明会開催

MICE都市・横浜推進部会が関西の会議運営会社や旅行会社などを招待し、横浜の魅力を紹介した。

説明会はYCVBの山内氏と横浜市文化観光局コンベンション振興課の雨宮課長の挨拶で開幕した。
次はYCVBコンベンションセールス主任の野本氏による支援内容の説明。
横浜MICE開催応援プランに組み込まれた広報経費補助、アトラクションの提供、海外講演者の宿泊補助、エクスカーションなどの支援メニューを紹介。
2012年は３３件の支援を行なったという。

Yokohama MICE presentation meeting in Kansai.

MICE Yokohama city brand promotion office invited conference organization companies and trave agencies in Kanasi to introduce attractions of Yokohama.

Presentation meeting began with greeting speech by Mr. Yamauchi of YCVB and Mr. Amemiya, manager of Yokohama Culture and Toursm Bureau Convention promotion department. Following that was explanation of support program by Mr. Nomoto, chief in YCVB convention sales.
He introduced supporting menus included in Yokohama MICE hosting support plan, such as PR expense grant, providing attractions, supporting accommodations for overseas leccturers and excursions etc.
In 2012, they implemented 33 supports.
