社員が少ない場合は、大きな写真で1人1人をしっかり紹介。社員が多い場合は、小さな写真で探しやすくするのがおすすめ。

呼び出し時に受付からの映像を配信する「映像ありプラン」と、映像を配信しない「映像なしプラン」で価格が異なります。

受付に設置するタッチパネルディスプレイとPCがあれば、すぐに導入可能。ハードウェアはお客さまにてご用意いただくか、一部タッチパネルディスプレイについては弊社からご購入いただくことも可能です。

The number of rows of photos in the reception screen can be changed in the management screen.
If you have a few staffs, it is better to introduce one by one with large photos.
If you have many employees, we recommend you to display small photos of them to make search easier.

Price varies from “Video included plan” which delivers video from the reception at the time of the call, to “Without video plan” which does not deliver video.

If there is a touch panel display and a PC set up, immediate installation is possible.
Hardware can be prepared by customer, or some touch-panel displays can also be purchased from our company.
