Also find enclosed driving directions to the office as well as hotel and other information to take into consideration when you make your travel arrangements. The consent forms are sent to you for your review. So please be sure you understand them and feel free to ask me any questions you have about them before you arrive. They must be completely initialed and signed at our office the morning of your surgery and we will not have time to go over them at that time. Please let me know where you are staying in case I need to reach you.
You should wear comfortable clothing on the day of your surgery.
